In exceptional cases, such as a verifiable medical emergency (supported by a medical certificate from a registered practitioner) that prevents the student from continuing the course, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, offer a pro-rated credit note for future batches. This is not an entitlement but a goodwill gesture.
c) Cancellation by the Institute:
If the Institute cancels a course before it starts for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollments), students will be offered a full refund of all fees paid (including the registration fee) or the option to transfer their enrollment to the next available batch.
If the Institute is unable to continue a course after it has started, a pro-rated refund will be calculated for the unattended portion of the course.
d) Non-Attendance and Withdrawal:
Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing hello@germanbusinesssolution.com to the Institute’s admin office.

A student may request a one-time transfer to another batch before the course starts, subject to seat availability and upon payment of a transfer fee of an Amount, e.g., ₹5000.
Once a course has started, batch transfers are generally not permitted.
A student may postpone their enrollment to a future batch before the course starts by informing the Institute in writing. This postponement will be valid for a period of 6 months, after which the fees paid will be forfeited.
5. Course Materials
Course materials (books, online access, etc.) are included in the fee. Once provided, they are the property of the student and their cost is non-refundable.
